Returns

We understand under certain situations items need to be returned.

We will accept returns. If the return is of no fault of ours there will be a restocking fee applied

1. If the buyer cancels the order BEFORE A LABEL HAS BEEN PRINTED there will be a 5% restocking fee applied.
2. If the buyer cancels the order AFTER the label has been printed there will be a 10% restocking fee applied.
3. If the buyer cancels the order after the item has shipped there will be a 10% restocking fee AND THE ORIGINAL POSTAGE WILL NOT BE REFUNDED, AND THE RETURN POSTAGE IS PAID BY THE BUYER.
